Our kānkrā comes to us from our fields in Parbat, so it is 100% organic. The kānkrā achār, once fermented, is the kind of sour that will bring life to any food you eat. One bite into its juicy flesh is all you need to wake up. Dress your sandwiches with our krānkrā as a substitute spicy sauerkraut or have it with your daily dāl bhāt or for with your chiura-chiyā snack, you can't go wrong.
